THE HIDDEN GARDENS OF LOWER KEYFORD

The gardens participating this year are:
1. Fern Cottage, 1 Stevens Lane
A small walled garden, including a paved area, vegetable plot, borders
and greenhouse.
2. Jasmine Cottage, 24 Lower Keyford
A cottage-style garden that has grown with the family (including Dylan
the dog). Encompassing a pond, a pergola and a little greenhouse.
3. Corner Cottage, 26 Lower Keyford
Bounded on one side by C18 wall, a work-in-slow-progress sloping rear garden with fruit trees, pond and vegetable beds. ‘Pimms platform’ with views of Lower Keyford. Shaded seating under pergola in kitchen yard Working Victorian privy which visitors are welcome to use.

4. Woodbine Cottage, 28 Lower Keyford
A small, low-maintenance garden with an interesting array of perennials, grasses, shrubs and Japanese maples. Created over three years, this well- designed garden now forms an inviting and stylish 'outside room’.
5. The Old Tannery, 41 Lower Keyford
Plants and books for sale.
6. 34 Lower Keyford
This garden has been completely transformed in the last year, and is
now a tranquil haven combining a traditional cottage garden planting with modernity and simplicity.
7. Monks Farm, 47 Lower Keyford
Large family garden with interesting architectural features, tree house, ponds and plants. A year on from new landscaping work to some
of the garden. A different view around each corner. Teas and music on the loggia which is up to the back and left across garden.
Delicious tea and cakes will be served at Monks Farm and Corner Cottage. Additionally at Monks Farm for some of the afternoon
the 'Amazing Street Cred Band' will be playing old Blues and early Rock & Roll.
Plants for sale: Liz Carson from Creative Planting will be selling a selection of hardy perennials and cut flowers at The Old Tannery.
Parking on Culverhill. Blue Badge holders in Lower Keyford.

All money raised from this Hidden Gardens afternoon will be split between
the MS Society and Positive Action on Cancer - PAC.
